We have a monthly website backup service which if you need to be restored, we can restore for you.

Q. What if my website is broken and I need help now?
You dont have to worry, you can receive our help. Although your plan may say several business days, we can organise expidited support. Just call 1300 335 267.
Q. I have backups, why should I pay for additional backup service?
Many people have “backups”, but backups come in many shapes and sizes, for eample backing up just the database will only restore half a website. Images and heavy content may not exist on your hosting provider so you may have taken just a partial back up.
Another issue is the restoring the backups, many UNIX based systems will need a particular type of unzipping method.
